Miracle Working Regime That Works For Everyone

Today I woke up with that go-getter, positive attitude where I felt on top of the world and as if I had the power to achieve anything I put my mind to, if only I really believed it. It’s strange because last night I went to bed feeling pretty down, to say the least. There has been a lot of change in my life recently and many realisations that have come to the surface. A few things I know I need to work on if I want to live the life I truly desire before it’s too late. Don’t get me wrong, my life isn’t all too bad, but I know that we all have the power to possess whatever it is we want, so why settle?

My positive attitude got me thinking about the book by Anthony Norvell, Meta-physics: New Dimensions of the Mind. I have had this book for about a decade now and I can admit when I first read it at about 18, the claims just kind of seemed a little far-fetched for me. Now, many scientific and medical discoveries prove that by conscious mind, we can perform seeming miracles. We are able to slow our heart beat up or down, same way with brain waves, enter alpha state, change and re-write our DNA, rid of pain or even a disease, all with the power of our minds. Herbert Benson M.D. has a book called The Relaxation Response in which studies found possible many such findings. It boils down to this: There is coming to light that many of these ancient practices holds proof positive test after test that the regimes aren’t just there for our entertainment, but have been preserved in the ages, to be brought back to light not only for our benefit for gaining control of emotions, or just healing our bodies, but so that we realise we are capable of feeling, being, or having exactly it is we desire in life.

After reading Norvell`s book for the first time at 18, I put it on my bookshelf and didn`t pick it back up until about 20 when I was going through some tough times and needed some type of method to help me figure my life out for me because I had no clue how to do it on my own.

I applied the practices for a while a found that there was a lot of positive change happening in my life. Through practice and strong belief, I gained the confidence and the voice I always desired to have. I got a new job and very quickly worked my way up in position. I made new friendships, gained respect from people in my circle, started making decent money and had a good amount in my savings, the future was looking bright.

Unfortunately I have suffered from depression from a young age and started to kind of spiral after a couple of positive years. I felt hopeless and sort of gave up on believing there was anything hopeful for me in the future. I started drinking heavily and popping pills on the daily, on top of my daily weed smoking habit. I sort of gave up on myself. I was still working a full time job but I was drinking on the job as well as taking a few pills here and there. I spent all my money on booze and drugs, I sort of convinced myself that that was how I was destined to live.

About a year and half passed by and I realised I couldn`t do this forever as well as find some sort of joy in life. Numbing yourself every day in order to rid the insipid thoughts telling you that you could do better and that you`re worth more than this but are wasting your life away, was no way to live. It wasn`t fun anymore. The highs weren`t fun. The nights I didn`t remember weren`t fun. I was letting life slip away. Each day flew by in the blink of an eye and a lot of the time I didn`t remember them.

At about 23 I picked the book back up and again started applying the practices. My life has changed drastically since then. I am now 26 and for the first time in my life in a healthy relationship with an amazing man with a 15 year old daughter who I have fell in love with. We are making positive changes together and have lots of plans for the future.

In spite of the fact that I only picked the book up every few years, the techniques in the book stuck with me, although at times I refused to apply them due to lack of faith in the process. I was in the mind state that good things happened to bad people and bad things to good ones and no one could change my mind. It was essential to me that I remembered enough about some of the techniques, that I off and on often posed the question to whatever you want to call it, subconscious, higher mind, that after a few years later, deep within the recesses of my mind was able to tune in, connect to, my higher power, that I was able to find it once again. The daily and nightly regimes are stuck in my mind forever as I used to recite them every day when I woke up and every night when I went to sleep. I created my own personalised ones as well, asking my higher mind for specific things I wished to achieve, which I suggest everyone should do as well but I will show you guys the basic lay out of the regimes so you can create a personalised one for yourself.

We must remember though that faith is the key element in such undertakings. Once we believe and we discover that these seeming miracles are possible, it is no longer theory but instead knowledge. Do I believe you should whole-heartedly take it all in and live by it? No, but there are truths hidden within. We must let our own conscious mind guide us because if we do not hear our own spirit speak from within our mind, isn`t it us who are putting ourselves into a bind?

The metaphysical miracle power within you

At the beginning of Norvell`s book he states: There is a miracle-working power in the universe which man may tap and use for every purpose in his life. This power flows throughout all creation; it creates and sustains all living things. It is a Cosmic Intelligence which works under certain dynamic mental and spiritual laws. When you once learn how to recognize this power and channel it through your own higher mind, you can literally become a miracle-worker. Some people call this higher power God; others name is Cosmic Mind, or Divine Mind. By whatever name you choose to call this Metaphysical power, the fact still remains, that man can never really comprehend this stupendous creative intelligence but he can use it to perform everyday miracles of health, abundance, love-fulfillment, happiness, and peace of mind.

Here are the daily and nightly regimes that I repeated every day for a few years, as well as my own personalised ones. I genuinely feel like having the faith in this regime helped me accomplish the things I set out for.

  • First, believe in this miracle working power. Have Faith that this miracle power of your higher mind can do for you what is has done for the great ones of the past. Daily invoke this higher power by opening your day with a short prayer like this:

AM: “Father within, I now humbly ask that you take over my affairs for this day.  Guide me to do and say the right things all day. I have faith in the Father within, and now place myself at the Divine centre of all good and constructive action knowing that only that which is good can come to me. I am now the centre of Divine action and everything I do will be prompted by the higher `Divine Mind within me.

PM:  `Father within, I now go to sleep confident that you will heal and repair my body perfectly while I sleep. I ask for Divine Guidance in all my activities tomorrow and in the days to come. I especially desire peace of mind and harmony at home and at work. I ask for new ideas to improve my finances and to bring me security for the future. I ask for the miracle of Divine Love to flower into my life and to bless all those within the center of my activities. I now go to sleep confident that I shall awaken on the morrow refreshed, healed, revitalised and rejuvenated mentally and physically.
